Calling all Female Entrepreneurs!

Do you have a concrete business idea and wish to become self-employed? Or are you already in the early stages of business development?

Ballyhoura Development are currently recruiting for an accredited training programme in East Limerick. Working in partnership with SECAD and CIT’s Rubicon Centre and Hincks Centre for Entrepreneurship Excellence on its delivery, this part-time business course, starting in September in Croom Enterprise Centre, is designed to suit existing work and family commitments.

This programme includes personal development, business planning & viability and finance and funding modules. Participants will receive one to one, group mentoring and classroom based modules as well as inputs from organisations and agencies that provide support and services to start up enterprises and from female role models.

An investor ready Business Plan is the main output of the programme and participants will have the opportunity to achieve 20 credits from Cork Institute of Technology and a level 6 special purpose award in Personal Development and Enterprise. The 20 credits can be utilised if participants would like to continue with third level education.

This Programme ran in 2017/18 with huge success and we are now recruiting for September 2018.
