Ballyhoura Development Mentoring Programme Panel – an opportunity for retired business people in Ballyhoura Country
Ballyhoura Development CLG are seeking experienced and qualified Mentors to join a new Mentoring Programme Panel. The aim of the Mentoring Programme is to support the continued business development of clients who may be community-based social enterprises or individuals setting up and developing a new business.
The role of the Mentor will be to contribute independent, informed observation and advice and guidance to aid decision making and strategy development for business growth of the clients.
Ballyhoura Development would welcome applications from active or retired business people in the local area who would like to share their expertise, experience, insight and skills. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who has some more time available to them and still has a passion for areas such as Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT & Governance.
Ballyhoura Development provides one-to-one supports to individuals who may be coming from a period of unemployment wishing to set up and develop their own business enterprise (mainly sole traders). Developmental supports are also provided to voluntary boards and committees of local community groups and social enterprises operating in the charity sector and who deliver or provide products or services to the local and wider community.
This is a paid service and interested parties should carefully read the Ballyhoura Development Mentoring Programme document and complete and return the application by 30th July 2018.
