"Hello, How Are You?" Coffee Morning in Shanballymore Shanballymore Community Hall opened its doors on Thursday, April 7th, to welcome people of all ages to say "Hello, How Are You?" This opening day event was held in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland and as part of The North Cork Rural Community Healthcare Project 2022. There were activities for all ages, such as yoga, and a cup of tea was enjoyed with a freshly baked treats and a good old chat. The local National School contributed beautiful artwork that reflected the event's theme, "Hello, How Are You?". The North Cork Rural Community Healthcare project works across the rural areas of North Cork and is a collaboration between the HSE, Ballyhoura Development, IRD Duhallow and Avondhu Blackwater.
