Ballyhoura Carers Event

Calling All Carers!

To celebrate Carers Week, which runs from June 5th - June 11th, Ballyhoura Development is hosting a Carers event on Friday, June 9th.

The event is free and open to all caregivers in our communities, whether in paid or voluntary capacity, including parents.

What's Involved?

• Welcome with tea/coffee on arrival.
• Guest Speaker Collette Ryan, General Manager of CareBright.
• You will enjoy some self-care doing Cris mo Chroi's Mindfulness session.
• The opportunity to relax and unwind with Bia Sasta's creative workshop.
• Followed by some light refreshments.

This event will take place on Friday, June 9th, from 10am - 12 pm in The Yarn Cafe, Bruff (V35 H922).
