As we emerge from and adapt to Covid-19, many people have lost their jobs and are now looking to find a new career path.

Join us for this 4-day workshop delivered by Total Focus that will help you to identify your strengths and abilities while building self-confidence.

Participants will learn practical tools to develop: emotional intelligence, listening techniques, stress management, assertiveness, and its role in building confidence. Participants will also explore personal, positive skills and traits and identify roles suitable to their personality. Current skills will be assessed to identify gaps and inform future training.

The programme is starting on Tuesday 15th June and it will run over four mornings from 10am until 12pm as per the schedule below:
