The public health situation over the last 18 months has been challenging for everyone and brought significant stresses across all areas of society. The ongoing situation makes it important that we individually and as communities look at how we can best 'Care for Our Wellbeing'.

This course is to support individuals in the community to take charge of their own wellbeing and the importance of Mindfulness. Most people in their lives have experienced mental and emotional distress. Sometimes, people go through times of significant distress which affects their health and wellbeing.

What's involved?

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the following questions in an enjoyable, interactive way:

  • What is well-being?
  • How do I know when I’m well?
  • What helps me stay well?
  • What happens to me when I’m feeling stressed and distressed?
  • What can I do about it?

This is a FREE course commencing on Tuesday, February 1st until Tuesday, March 1st from 7pm to 9:30pm for 4 weeks.
