Grab your apron and cook along with us!

Ballyhoura Development is one of 14 organisations that implement and manage the Community Food Initiatives Programme (CFI) nationally.  This initiative aims to promote healthy eating and wellbeing to participating families, providing them with practical information on healthy eating and supporting them to learn new ways of preparing freshly cooked healthy meals for their families.

What is it about?

The Ballyhoura Community Food initiative 2021 will launch with a remote online Cookery skills programme for 30 families who will receive ingredient packs, along with recipes and online video tutorials to help them develop new food skills and learning about food and food waste.
