Mid West ARIES presents a series of mental health and wellbeing workshops across the month of March. The focus of these workshops is on taking care of our mental health and well-being at what can be a challenging time of the year for many, especially in this most challenging of times.

Ballyhoura Development has engaged with Mid West ARIES in recent years to deliver in-person training aimed at those who wish to look after their mental health. Due to restrictions, these sessions are now freely available online.

This series of modules, free to attend online, is designed to support us through these challenges as we learn to live through these challenging times.

What's involved?

The series of workshops is commencing on March 2nd and finishing on March 25th. The focus is to help us protect our wellbeing and mental health at this time of the year when anxieties are heightened.

Each module is 2 hours in length which you can access 1 or all of, a full schedule is available to view here:

The modules will be run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at various times across the day, morning, afternoon, and evenings. Interested participants can choose to attend just 1 or attend all, each module has a different focus.

  • Accessing Mental Health Services 
  • Lets Talk Depression
  • Connection & Hope in Times of Isolation
