What's Involved?

This is a FREE 6-week course delivered online commencing on Thursday, April 29th until Thursday, June 3rd from 6pm to 8pm. 

It aims to teach us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences. This course is aimed at anyone who is feeling stressed and anxious at this time.

It will discuss the positive benefits of practising Mindfulness highlighted below:

  • Relieving Stress
  • Treating Heart Disease
  • Lowering Blood Pressure
  • Reduce Chronic Pain
  • Improve Sleep
  • Support Good mental health

The course will discuss effective ways of Practicing mindfulness involving Breathing Methods, Guided Imagery, and other Practices to Relax the Body & Mind to aid in reducing stress.
