Mindfulness & Relaxation Mindfulness teaches us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences. Although we are often unaware of the current of our thinking, it has a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well as our mental and emotional health. Practicing mindfulness involves Breathing Methods, Guided Imagery and other Practices to Relax the Body & Mind to aid in reducing stress. This is a FREE course commencing on Wednesday, November 4th until Wednesday, December 9th from 9:30am to 11am delivered via Zoom.
