What's Involved?

This is a FREE 6-week course delivered Online Via Zoom commencing on Wednesday, November 11th for 6 weeks from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

It aims to teach us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences. This course is aimed at anyone who is feeling stressed and anxious at this time.

The course will discuss effective ways of Practicing mindfulness involving Breathing Methods, Guided Imagery, and other Practices to Relax the Body & Mind to aid in reducing stress.
