Learn the basics of self-defense and feel more confident about yourself!

This is a practical class which will teach you how to apply self defence strategies that work in real world scenarios. You'll also learn how to feel more confident about yourself and your personal safety

Classes will run for 6 weeks at Mitchelstown Leisure centre and are suitable for women aged 16+ interested in learning skills that will assist them in their self defence
