Ballyhoura Country Tidy Towns Visit to Emly

Tidy Towns groups in Ballyhoura region are invited to visit the gold medal winning community of Emly.

Emly has won the overall Tidy Towns competition in 2009. In 2021, they won a gold medal and were highly commended. Groups will be taken on a guided tour of Emly to see some Tidy Towns projects.

There will also be the opportunity to have a chat and catch up with other Tidy Towns groups after the walk. This will be the first opportunity for the Ballyhoura Country Tidy Towns network to meet in person since the pandemic.

Groups are invited to meet outdoors on Wednesday, April 27th at Saint Ailbe's Church in Emly at 7pm.
