This one day workshop will support you to identify innovative business opportunities, how to assess the opportunity and turn it into a viable business as well as developing a better understanding of what is involved in starting a business.

What's involved?

The workshop will look at the steps involved in:

• starting a business;
• key issues to think of before starting a business;
• set up and operational costs; 
• how to prepare a simple business plan.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of what is involved in starting a business and tools to assess the viability of a business idea, including the problem it solves and will people pay for it?

Attendees will also be supported to look at market research and testing of the business idea.

When & Where?

This workshop will take place on Tuesday, 16th April in Coote Hall Resource Centre, Kilmallock.

• Morning Session: 10am - 1pm
• Afternoon Session: 2pm - 4pm
