Delivering Services Online for Social Enterprises

This workshop will provide guidance to Social Enterprises on how they can enhance their digital infrastructure to deliver their services more effectively online. Delivered as part of our DIGIWISE training programme.

What's involved? 

This workshop will introduce various themes including:

• Online networking via Zoom, live streaming, MS Teams, and other conferencing platforms;
• Conducting market research using online surveys and polls;
• Communicating effectively online - through the website, contact forms, live chat, WhatsApp, texts etc.;
• Introduction to ecommerce software;
• Developing a delivery system to support ecommerce orders.

On completion of this workshop, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to communicate, network, market and sell their products or services more effectively online.
