Healthy Lunch Made Easy

The current economic climate of rising fuel prices and living cost increases has presented a major challenge to many young families across the country.

This event seeks to provide parents with information on the Safefood resources available, as well as provide them with physical demonstrations of speedy and cost-effective healthy options for the whole family.

The cooking demonstration will focus on healthy snacks and lunch box options for the whole family, as well as providing tips on how to keep children engaged with healthy food options.

A speaker from MABS (Money Advice and Budgeting Service) and a Healthy Food Made Easy tutor will also engage in a question-and-answer session on household budgeting, food waste and meal planning.
