Managing Change - Training for Social Enterprises

Has Covid-19 had an impact on the operations of your Social Enterprise?  Are you rethinking your strategy? Or wondering how best to operate post-Covid?

A series of online training workshops, tailored specifically to Social Enterprises. which aims to support them to reflect, review and plan for the delivery of their services and activities in the Covid-19 operating environment, and beyond.

The pandemic has provided many challenges - and opportunities - for social enterprises, and has tested the resilience of many organisations across the whole social enterprise sector.  

These training sessions, focussed on strategic planning and income diversification, will help SE staff and Board members to review their business models; to assess the impact that Covid-19 has had on their business activities, whether positive or negative; and to consider and improve how they communicate their impact to the wider community.

These 4 themed workshops will provide an opportunity for SEs to review and plan for their post-pandemic operations and sustainable trading opportunities, and will be particularly relevant to those that were unable to trade effectively during periods of lockdown, those that diversified as a direct response to the pandemic, and those who migrated previously in-person services and activities to online delivery.
