This workshop will introduce various themes including: Online networking via Zoom, live streaming, MS Teams, and other conferencing platforms; Conducting market research using online surveys and polls; Communicating effectively online - through the website, contact forms, live chat, WhatsApp, texts etc.; Introduction to ecommerce software; Developing a delivery system to support ecommerce orders.
