This one day workshop presented by Tom O'Leary will support you to identify innovative business opportunities, how to assess the opportunity and turn it into a viable business as well as develop a better understanding of what is involved in starting a business.

What's involved?

The workshop will look at the steps involved in:

• starting a business;
• key issues to think of before starting a business;
• set up and operational costs; 
• how to prepare a simple business plan.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of what is involved in starting a business and tools to assess the viability of a business idea, including the problem it solves and will people pay for it?

Attendees will also be supported to look at market research and testing their business idea.

The workshop is taking place on Thursday, December the 1st 2022 in Coote Hall, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick:

• Morning Session: 10am - 1pm
• Afternoon session: 2pm - 4pm
