This course offers people a safe place to build their confidence and to explore more about themselves and their ways of relating to people in a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment.

  • Building self-confidence
  • Making good decisions and setting goals

This is a FREE course commencing on Thursday, October 15th until Thursday, December 17th.
