This training course presented by Terry Harmer of NLC Training is aimed at emerging businesses and businesses looking to refocus or respond during the current Covid crisis and beyond.

The training aims to give participants more of an understanding of;

  • The importance of marketing for small businesses
  • The value proposition from the customer's perspective
  • Who are you selling to? Research, identify, profile and understand your target markets
  • Getting the word out: Getting the most from your brand; using different marketing material and content; using websites and social media
  • Assessing sales and promotion approaches.
