Although we are often unaware of the current of our thinking, it has a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well as our mental and emotional health. 


What's Involved?

This is a free 6 weeks course teaching mindfulness and wellbeing techniques as well as the importance of looking after oneself in the current climate. It aims to teach us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences. 

This course is aimed at anyone who is feeling stressed or anxious at this time.

Sessions will start on the 7th of September, running from 11am-1pm at the Forrest Hall in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. 

It will discuss the positive benefits of practicing mindfulness highlighted below:

  • Relieving stress
  • Treating heart disease
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Reduce chronic pain
  • Improve sleep
  • Support good mental health
