This project is co-funded by the Irish Government and European Social Fund as Part of the ESF Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning (PEIL) 2014 - 2020. 


Healthcare Opportunities for Women programme will run later in the year, with the first course starting in Croom, Co. Limerick, in September 2020.  A second course will start in November 2020, venue to be decided

  • Shortlisted for an AONTAS STAR Award 2020

The Programme is delivered over 2 days each week, with times which tie in with the primary school academic calendar.

This is a free, flexible and part-time programme open to all women who are not employed and not in receipt of Jobseekers' Allowance or Benefit.

Participants will have the opportunity to avail of tailored supports and will be awarded a QQI Level 5 Certification in Healthcare, on completion of the Programme.

  • Networking with previous learners and other healthcare workers.
