The Time For A New Start Programme facilitated by Terry Harmer of NLC Training is aimed at emerging businesses and businesses looking to refocus or respond to current Covid-19 crisis. It offers a fresh outlook for those who need to rethink and restart their offering, to identify current challenges and turn those challenges into opportunities. 

The programme focuses on practical ways of examining what is happening in the world right now and realising that whatever changes we face, positive or negative, bring up new customer needs. And customer needs are at the core of any business!
