Do you need extra support as a parent?

A Parenting Support Group to nurture skills in parenting including Managing Behaviours, Building Confidence, Encouragement, Parent Self-Care and Family Unity, all delivered In Person in a confidential supportive environment, once a week on Wednesday mornings in Coote Hall, Kilmallock


What's Involved?

This programme is practical, solution-focused, and draws on parents’ strengths. It is suitable for parents of children aged 6-11 years, including children with additional needs. 

Amongst other topics the course will explore:

  • Manage behaviour and emotional problems
  • Build their children’s self-esteem and confidence
  • Reduce their own stress as parents
  • Problem-solve with their children
  • Establish positive daily routines
  • Develop connected and close family relationships
  • Encourage their children’s learning and school work

This is a FREE course starting on the 22nd of September and running until the 24th of November from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday mornings and will be delivered In Person in Coote Hall, Kilmallock.

It will run as per the schedule below: 

  • SeptemberWednesday 22nd & 29th.
  • October: Wednesday 6th, 13th & 20th
  • November: Wednesday 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th
