Learn the skills of creating visual content using the Canva graphic design platform in this free online workshop.


Canva is a free online platform used to design social media posts, leaflets, videos and much more. It's designed for people with no graphic design experience and is a wonderful resource for anybody that wants to promote their business in a professional way.

This workshop aims to support Social Enterprises to enhance their visual impact and marketing content, using the Canva Programme. No previous experience of graphic design required! Delivered as part of our DIGIWISE training programme.


What's involved? 

On completion of the workshop, participants will have learned:

  • How to set up a Canva account;
  • How to create a social media post;
  • How to add a logo and text to an image;
  • How to create a flyer and an infographic;
  • How to create a short video for use on social media;
  • How to add subtitles, music and special effects to a video.
