Local Area Employment Service The Local Area Employment Service provides a high-quality, personalised service to support clients to achieve their employment goals, giving them the best possible chance of entering and sustaining employment. Helping you to find suitable employment! What will the LAES service do for you? Work with you on an individual basis over a period of 12 months. Identify training and upskilling opportunities that will enhance your chances of finding employment. Prepare a Personal Progression Plan (PPP) (a set of agreed tasks and actions to help you towards finding full-time employment). Assistance with CV Preparation / Cover Letters / Job Interviews. Assistance with overcoming barriers to gaining employment. Liaising with employers to match jobseekers with potential job opportunities.
