Volunteering in your Community

Volunteering is a great way to support and help sustain initiatives and projects within local communities.  It can also be fun, sociable and satisfying, and doesn't always require a huge time commitment.  Opportunities for volunteering can range from one-off events like helping out with a community bag-pack, to being a volunteer Board member, or giving a few hours a week to your local Tidy Towns group.

Ballyhoura Development provides an online space for the listing of volunteering opportunities within or for communities in the Ballyhoura area.

If you would like to submit a call for volunteers, you can do so by clicking the button below. Please allow up to 2 working days for Ballyhoura Development to review and approve your submission.

Please note that Ballyhoura Development provides this space for communities to list Volunteer opportunities, but that all enquiries should be directed to the contact person listed for each volunteer opportunity, and not to Ballyhoura Development.
