East Limerick Traveller Project - Eating for a Healthy Heart Join us for a myth-busting information session on healthy eating and heart health. An information session brought to you by the Irish Heart Foundation, being hosted by the East Limerick Traveller project to discover the most proven ways of improving heart health. What's Involved? This information session is for people who would like to learn more about Healthy Eating and maintaining good heart health. It will equip participants with the knowledge of how to begin their journey of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Orna O’Brien from the Irish Heart Foundation will discuss nutrition myths and will also hold a Q&A session for any questions that participants may have regarding any of the topics covered.
