Join us in Kilmallock for a 10-week Yoga Community Education Course.

Whether you want to relax, have a workout or get in touch with your spiritual side, yoga develops strength and balance as well as flexibility. Yoga also supports a feeling of lightness, ease, and relaxation.

These classes will help participants improve flexibility, strength and reduce stress.

Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels!
