From October 2020 to June 2021, the Ability Programme is running in Charleville, Co Cork, in partnership with St Joseph's Foundation in Charleville.

This year's Programme has already started, but we are hopeful that funding will be available to run the Programme again in September 2021.  Sign up to our Newsletter on the Homepage of our website to be the first to hear about new Programmes.

Would you like to get involved with the Ability Programme as an employer?

We are always on the look out for employers who would like to engage with Ability in one or more of the following ways;

• Speaking to the group about working in their business/industry
• Participating in efforts to raise awareness of how to better accommodate disabilities in the workplace
• Offering a short work placement 
• Providing mentoring to a young person interested in their industry
