The group were treated to a night of storytelling in the fantastic setting of Lough Gur. Renowned storyteller John Carew provided a great evening of entertainment with stories of witches, warlocks and ghosts.

The mystical waters of Lough Gur and the darkness of All Souls Evening provided the perfect backdrop for stories of druidic symbolism and ritual intent.

The group were enthralled with stories of the goddess Áine, the Fairy King and Samhan celebrations which Lough Gur and Áine are famous for.

Legend has it that Áine continues to watch over the lakeside community of Lough Gur and can often be seen at this time of the year, celebrating the magic and mystery of Lough Gur.
