Is your mind filled with problems or ideas that prevent you from living your life?

Come to our free BetterACT workshop to learn how to pause your mind and manage your thoughts.

Ballyhoura Development is inviting young people to this training event on the 28th of May from 10am to 4pm at the Ballyhoura Forrest Homes as part of an Erasmus+ project partnership.

At the end of this workshop they will receive a free mobile app, a BetterAct pack and lunch at the workshop.

Who is it for?

This workshop is ideal for young people aged 18-24, who would like to take part in the BetterAct workshop to learn healthy ways of dealing with stress and emotions. 

It will empower them to learn methods and techniques to deal with stress, emotions, thoughts and anxiety.
