'Caring for Our Well-Being'
is a free course which has been developed in response to a need in the community for short courses whose particular focus is supporting people to take charge of their own well-being.

Most people in their lives have experience of mental and emotional distress. Sometimes, people go through times of significant distress which affects their health and wellbeing. 


When & Where?

  • Every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9:30pm over 4 weeks period
  • Start: 12th October 2022
  • Finishing: 2nd November 2022
  • Venue: Pallasgreen Community Centre, V940K07
