Fundraising and Diverse Fundraising Strategy One of the most important elements in approaching a social problem with entrepreneurial spirit is access to capital which can be either generated internally or provided externally. There are different financing sources and instruments which are available for social enterprises. Internal financing sources refer to fundraising options that exist within the business itself. This includes day-to-day sale of services or products from the social enterprise. External financing is either used to cover temporary negative operating cash flows or to finance long-term investments such as buildings, equipment or infrastructure. Social enterprises, with some restrictions, have access to the same financing instruments as traditional companies. Fundraising and Diverse Fundraising Strategy training will give insight into the options open to Social Enterprises. It will take place in person at the TUS Campus Moylish on Thursday, 26th May from 10am - 5pm.
