If you're struggling with getting to grips with the internet and online activities, then this course is for you!

Free basic digital skills training, available in person, where you will learn the skills you need to use and enjoy the many benefits that using the internet offers.

This training aims to give people the confidence, motivation, and skills to take their first steps online.


What's involved?

This is a FREE opportunity to get connected.

The course covers a range of practical topics and themes such as

  • How to book tickets online.
  • How to renew your car tax online.
  • How to use Zoom and other online communication tools.
  • How to search for information and where to find it and much more.

When & Where?

Ballyhoura Development is currently delivering digital skills courses in the following locations:

  • Kilmallock Library: Wednesdays March 30th, April 6th,13th & 20th from 10am - 12.30pm
  • Coote Hall, Kilmallock: Mondays 7th,14th,21st & 28th March from 10am - 12.30pm
  • Doon Community Hall: Tuesdays March 15th,22nd,29th & April 5th from 6:30pm – 9pm
  • Forrest Hall, Mitchelstown: Wednesdays 9th,16th,23rd & 30th March 2022 from 10am - 12.30pm


We hope to be able to deliver a range of courses until 30th April 2022, and we are currently seeking expressions of interest across the Ballyhoura Area from individuals and groups interested in taking part in classes.
