Come along to our introduction classes to the basics of fitness using bodyweight workouts and cardiovascular work.

This is the perfect session for any beginner looking to start exercising for the first time or looking to get back into an exercise routine.

These free fun classes will run for 4 weeks and are suitable for beginners aged 18+
