A successful Social enterprise  and a successful  social entrepreneur are those who recognise what people need and where future trends are headed at the right time and in the right place.

How did they do that?

The entrepreneur must analyse the company's macro-environment (legislation and policy, economy, technology, demographics, social values) and the company's micro-environment (consumer markets and their buying behaviour, procurement market, interorganizational markets and organizational buying behaviour, and competitor strengths and weaknesses) in advance and after the fact.

It is also important to monitor trends in the environment, especially for social entrepreneurs to change their attitude towards the environment and vulnerable groups. Market research is the process of exploring your company's target market, industry, and your direct competitors . In most cases, the needs of the market are the SE's motive for existence.

Market Evaluation and Competitiveness Assessment Training for Social Enterprises will help with all of the above. It will take place online via Zoom across three morning 2.5 hours sessions. Sessions take place on the following dates:

Tuesday 14th June from 10am - 12:30pm

Tuesday 21st June from 10am - 12:30pm

Tuesday 28th June from 10am - 12:30pm
