Although we are often unaware of the current of our thinking, it has a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well as our mental and emotional health. 

What's Involved?

This is a free 6 weeks course teaching breath skills, EFT tapping, Ho'oponopona and mindfulness.

Participants will learn key skills in:

  • stress management,
  • personal development,
  • self-empowerment.

The course aims to teach us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences. 

This course is aimed at anyone who is feeling stressed or anxious at this time.

Sessions will start on the 8th of September, running from 7pm-9pm at the Old Capel Rooms in Kilfinane, Co. Limerick.
