The public health situation over the last 6 months has been challenging for everyone. For families, with all the additional anxieties, uncertainties and upheavals, there have been additional demands on parents, challenged usual routines and stretched coping skills.  Parents own self-esteem and roles are disrupted, potentially impacting our ability to provide both love and limits for our children.

This course provides an opportunity for parents to look together at the joys and difficulties of parenthood in these times and to support each other and learn from each other.

Topics include:

  • Communication and Listening
  • Health and Stress and pressure
  • Needs of Children
  • Self-Esteem - for All the Family
  • The Good Enough Parent
  • Love and Limits
  • Resolving Conflict

This is a FREE course commencing on Thursday, October 8th until Thursday, December 3rd every Thursday night from 7pm to 9pm for 8 weeks.
