Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an evidence-based wellness program designed to help increase coping skills, identify wellness tools and manage a mental health crisis.

It helps to:

  • Identify supports, challenges and strengths to help with everyday struggles.
  • Identify early warning signs and actions that will help to maintain wellness and promote healthy choices during difficult times.
  • Develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals

The WRAP process supports identifying the tools that keep you well and creating action plans to put them into practice in your everyday life.
