Ballyhoura Development offers a range of supports to job-seekers through the Ballyhoura Jobs Club, which is based in the Kilmallock Outreach office. The Jobs Club engages with local employers and liaises between Jobs Club clients and local employers to facilitate employment opportunities.

Coaching and training activities available include:

• One-to-one coaching on CV writing, job-search skills and interview preparation.
• Kickstart Your Future (KYF), a motivational, holistic programme delivered over 4 weeks, and designed to equip participants with a comprehensive skillset to strengthen their job search activities.
• Short courses (1, 2 and 5 day job-preparation courses)
