Limerick City and County Council offers incentives for the encouragement of Business & Retail within the core retail and business area of the city centre, towns and villages centre of Limerick. The grant is being offered as a contribution towards fit out costs. The scheme is intended to address property vacancy rates, improve streetscapes and to support the business community.
