Part 2 of the Ballyhoura "Get Head Smart Challenge" involved young people from the Mitchelstown area take part in Team building activities in the Ballyhoura mountains, trail riding, and editing podcasts and videos that they put together earlier in the summer.

This programme for young people followed on from "The Get Head Smart Challenge" which took place in June. Young people from the Mitchelstown area spent two days in the Ballyhoura mountains where they enjoyed numerous team-building activities and trail riding.

The group of young people also spent some time editing podcasts and brainstorming ideas to finalize the video. This programme provided a safe space for young people to have their voices and ideas heard and to showcase their creativity.

The group spent two days in the Ballyhoura Mountains.
