The Towards Occupation programme supports people who have been out of work for a long period of time and might be looking for some direction.

The programme will support participants to boost their confidence and self-esteem, develop new skills and bring about positive change in their lives.

What's Involved?

Towards occupation provides an intensive suite of supports that will guide participants to develop pathways to employment, education, training or social activity overcoming barriers such as confidence, mental health challenges or isolation.

The Towards Occupation programme is based on the principles of equality and inclusion, with a focus on participation, progression and positive mental health and self-care.

Participants will take part in a range of tailored one to one supports, training programmes and workshops including Personal Development, Mindfulness, Communication Skills, Art, Yoga, CV & Interview Skills and group outings.
