The Towards Occupation (TO) Programme supports people experiencing emotional or mental health challenges to bring about positive changes which will support them to get and retain employment.

The TO Programme offers community-based support to participants by promoting an ethos of healthy living and mental well-being, and by providing training and wellness tools in a community setting that is geographically accessible to them. It aims to support participants to develop the skills and confidence needed to move into employment, education, training, voluntary work, or in other directions.

Participants are facilitated to access complimentary mainstream services to enable them to set and achieve personal goals.

The TO Programme is based on the principles of equality and inclusion, with a focus on participation, progression and positive mental health and self-care.
