At least 70% of us will experience impostor syndrome in our lives. You doubt your accomplishment, don’t feel as accomplished or clever as others and fear being exposed as a fraud.

Join us for a FREE webinar and explore the psychology of Imposter Syndrome and why you might feel this way, and the value of networking to enhance your personal confidence and professional profile. Ingrid explores the reasons behind why we feel this way, and provides practical tips and guidance on how to overcome it.

Guest Speaker:

Ingrid Seim

Vice President of Network Cork, and owner of Avenues Consultancy & Coaching.

Ingrid will lead a lively session about dealing with Impostor Syndrome. She will also discuss the importance of networking and the value a network such as Network Cork, brings to your business.

Ingrid is an accredited psychological coach with a master’s degree in Coaching and Positive Psychology from University College Cork and she is passionate about helping women find the balance they deserve in life and work.

She works with her clients to identify strategies for change in ways that broadens perspectives and encourages creative solutions and helps them be more in control of what they do and don’t do.
