Join us for this training presented by The HR Suite which is aimed at all established businesses who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and want to ensure they implement the Government-issued Return to Work Protocol correctly and efficiently as we move into the reopening phase across business sectors.

It will give participants the foundations to form a Step by Step plan from a HR Perspective of how to proceed in line with the Government Guidelines and best practices.

What's involved?

The two training workshops will be delivered across 2 evenings online via Zoom:

  • Suitable policies and procedures for suspected cases or contact with a confirmed case in the workplace
  • Review of Practical Steps to Become Compliant
  • Adapting and Improving my business to suit the existing markets
  • The combination of remote working and being back in the workplace
  • Practical Policies & Checklists for businesses
  • Contingency plans for the future
  • Highlighting sector-specific supports and resources available for hospitality, pubs, food and catering, tourism, other service providers.
