Support for individuals in the community to look after their own wellbeing.

Although we are often unaware of the current of our thinking, it has a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well as our mental and emotional health.


What's Involved?

This is a free 4-week course teaching Breath Skills, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), Ho'oponopona and Mindfulness.

Participants will learn key skills in:

  • Stress management
  • Personal development
  • Self-empowerment

The course aims to teach how to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experiences.

This course is aimed at anyone who is feeling stressed or anxious at this time.


When & Where?

  • Every Tuesday morning from 10am - 11:30am for 4 weeks.
  • Start: 9th April 2024
  • Finishing: 30th April 2024
  • Venue: Forrest Hall, New Square, Mitchelstown
