"Walk More, Move More" facilitated walking group in Newtownshandrum

On Wednesdays 6th April to Wednesday 18th May at 10:30am, North Cork Rural Community Healthcare worker Jacki Hehir facilitated and led a "Walk more, Move more" walking group.

The group walks at a steady pace that is suitable for all levels of fitness. It's a weekly social meet up to assist people reconnect again in the community, post-COVID.

The North Cork Rural Community Healthcare project works across the rural areas of North Cork and is a collaboration between the HSE, Ballyhoura Development, IRD Duhallow and Avondhu Blackwater.
